Minister Fitto opened the presentation of FRED2, the Project for cooperation against fraud to the detriment of the EU
Minister Fitto opened the presentation of the 'Fraud Repression through EDucation (FRED2)' Project, aimed at strengthening the exchange of information, experiences and best practices to prevent and counter fraud effectively, also within the National Recovery and Resilience Plan. “The interchange of skills and knowledge, which FRED2 intends to nurture, enables us to confidently tackle the complex work for effective and useful use of National Recovery and Resilience Plan resources for our Country, inspired to legality protection and respect for rules.”

Minister Fitto presented Italy’s AFCOS Report
Minister Fitto presented Italy’s AFCOS Report – Year 2021, issued by the National Committee for Combating Fraud against the EU (COLAF). The Report provides a thorough analysis of the violations to the detriment of the EU detected in Italy across 2021, confirming the steady downward trend recorded in the last five years.
